Summary Core & Main is looking for a corporate generalist to join our legal department in an equity-eligible director role. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will assist with and provide counsel and advice on a wide variety of legal matters impacting our industrial distribution business, including public company securities compliance and corporate governance, acquisitions, labor and employment, contracting, real estate, and others. This role requires a strategic and well-rounded attorney who is familiar with practical and legal issues impacting public companies in the industrial space. You must have the ability to work efficiently and think critically, acting as a self-starter who can collaborate with operational and administrative functions within the organization on complex projects.
