Job Overview The Manager, Private Brand Business Office advances strategic and operational priorities for the Private Brand organization through cross-functional collaboration, strong analytical leadership, and disciplined process management. The role drives organizational alignment, streamlines reporting and calendaring processes, and partners across product development, design, raw materials, buying, planning, tech, and overseas teams to enable efficient execution. This position serves as a trusted advisor and business generalist, contributing to strategic decision-making and enabling business transformation through simplification, speed, and integrated workflows. What You Will Do
Skills You Will Need Strategic Business Leadership: Guides cross-functional business initiatives with clarity, influence, and a customer-centric mindset. Data & Reporting Optimization: Applies reporting tools and analytics to synthesize insights and drive operational decision-making. Cross-Functional Partnership: Builds strong relationships across PD, Design, Tech, Planning, Buying, and overseas teams to enable aligned execution. Operational Planning & Calendar Management: Establishes structured processes, systems, and timelines that improve efficiency and predictability. Project & Change Management: Leads complex, multi-workstream efforts through shifting priorities, delivering results with speed and agility. Communication & Collaboration: Communicates with candor, ensures transparency, and facilitates productive debate to bring the best ideas forward. Process Innovation: Identifies legacy approaches, evaluates relevance, and champions scalable, simplified solutions aligned to strategy. Analytical Acumen: Interprets IMU and financial reporting to generate actionable recommendations that inform business decisions.
