Gulfstream is seeking a Director, Programs - Flight Deck Systems to lead the technology strategy, development, certification planning, and lifecycle execution of advanced avionics and flight deck systems across our aircraft portfolio. Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Management or related field required. 10 years Program/Project Management experience in aircraft design, manufacturing, or support. Master's Degree Engineering, Management or related field preferred.
Position Purpose:
This position provides leadership and oversight for assigned aircraft systems or platform programs, supporting the full lifecycle from concept through certification and entry into service. The Director collaborates across Engineering, Operations, Certification, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Support to ensure program objectives-technical, regulatory, commercial, and customer satisfaction-are met on schedule and within budget.
