SummaryProcessing high volume of incoming payable invoices by completing 2-way or 3-way match as needed. Reconciles vendor statements with recorded payable entries and may require contacting vendors directly to discuss any discrepancies. Using office-automated systems to input data, generate reports and complete specialized projects as needed. Communicate with internal departments to research outstanding issues. Reconcile balancing accounts. Monday - Friday 8 - 4:30; 100% on-site Job Description Specific Functions or Duties * Review customer statements * Process returned payments * Review blocked payments * Process sales tax adjustments * Prepare quarterly accrual reports * Enter payment requests in various systems * Research GRIR discrepancies * Meets specific deadlines for month end and accounting close calendar. Education and Experience * Experience with manufacturing * 2+ years of accounting experience * Associate's degree (or related experience) .
