Medical Receptionist Leesburg, VA Pay From $21 Per Hour MUST: The Medical Receptionist must have the following experience: 3 years of experience as a Medical Receptionist Answering phones Assisting patients with inquiries Taking detailed phone messages Experience checking in patients Entering and updating patient demographics Scheduling appointments Scanning documents into EMR and handling filing Verifying insurance Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills Must be able to multi-task DUTIES: The Medical Receptionist duties include but are not limited to the following: Check patients in and out Schedule a high volume of appointments for multiple doctors Answer phones Collect and process payments Document and update patient demographics in EMR Scan documents into EMR File and update medical records Other duties as assigned Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
