We are looking for an exceptional technology leader with an intense passion for building, leading and aligning teams that deliver results in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment. The Director of Delivery Management is responsible and accountable for how our technology solutions are delivered and supported. They provide thought leadership, coaching and direction for all assigned staff and establish/enforce standards and best practices for the technologies and applications their teams develop and support. In this role, you will focus specifically on Digital Commercial Banking, leading technology delivery for our Business and Commercial Payments segments. You'll drive innovation in payment solutions and digital capabilities that serve our commercial clients, working across product, technology, and business teams to deliver integrated experiences
About This Role:
- Lead, manage and grow assigned team of technology resources supporting Digital Commercial Banking
- Mentor, develop, and guide engineering teams in the alignment and adoption of CoE practices
- Establish a collaborative work environment that fosters autonomy, transparency, innovation, and personal growth fostering a fail fast and learn fast environment
- Work closely with the team's Program Manager, Scrum Master and Product Owners to mitigate risk and remove impediments in order to meet project delivery dates
- Collaborate with leaders across IT and the Business to manage portfolios of work aligned to our Strategic Imperatives
- Actively manage costs, to include forecasts, projections and support of the overall IT budgeting process
- Lead staff in understanding metrics around system uptime and identify systems needing enhanced focus for improvement
- Act as technical lead and escalation point for technical teams, internal/external customers, and vendors
- Seek and capitalize upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships through transparent communication and the building of trust
- Work with technology vendors to implement application upgrades and new technology solutions
- Own vendor management for applications under your direction, including negotiating Statements of Work, tracking vendor billing, playing an active role in maintenance renewals and holding vendors accountable
- Ensure applications remain compliant according to banking regulations and security policy
- Continually improve teams through attracting, retaining, developing, & organizing our talent and capabilities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest and greatest technologies, tools, methodologies, and frameworks for software engineering and engineering management

- Track record of leading cross-functional technology teams in delivering customer-facing digital banking solutions
- Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices in a banking environment
- Is passionate towards coaching individuals to help meet both individual and team needs
- Is a champion of change who promotes innovative thinking in order to help lead modernization efforts
- Has successful experience with agile methodologies
- Desires to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment
- Takes a very high degree of initiative and has a strong work ethic

Minimum Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelors' degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience in technology leadership
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing technology teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others
- Experience with financial forecasting and budgeting practices
Desired:
- Experience leveraging AI technologies to enhance digital banking capabilities
- Knowledge of digital banking security standards, authentication methods, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Strong understanding of the commercial banking landscape, particularly payment products and treasury management solutions
- Has proven experience managing digital channel delivery (online and mobile banking platforms) at financial institutions
- Deep understanding of web and mobile application development practices, including modern frameworks, APIs, and responsive design principles
Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
Compensation:
Compensation range (base pay): $136,655.00-$232,313.00
This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level. Work Environment:
