Division: Beacon Bank & Trust Department: CRE - Central MA Reports to: Commercial Team Leader, SVP Status: Exempt/Officer Pay Grade: 13 Salary Range: $123,082 - $177,069 Salary range updated 2/26/2026. Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Location: Boston, MA Principal Objective Primary responsibilities include management of an assigned portfolio, monitoring of delinquent loans, and ensuring adherence to credit, compliance and operational policies. This position will also be responsible for business development efforts and evaluate the creditworthiness of existing customers as well as prospects and will prepare a comprehensive approval package for presentation to the appropriate loan approval authority.
