The Must-Have Requirements

• Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of AP/AR experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations a plus!)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset

A Look at Your Day

Accounts Payable:

• Process vendor invoices with accuracy and proper coding
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
• Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments
• Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor aging reports to ensure timely payments

Accounts Receivable:

• Apply customer payments and maintain accurate records
• Monitor accounts and follow up on past-due balances
• Reconcile and resolve billing discrepancies
• Prepare aging reports and support collections efforts

General Accounting Duties:

• Process bank statements and ensure accurate ERP balances
• Assist with month-end close and accruals
• Partner with purchasing, production, and inventory teams
• Support job costing and reconcile production-related expenses
• Ensure compliance with internal controls for procurement and materials
