Job Title: Compensation & Benefits Professional 2

Location(s): Iselin, NJ

Role and responsibilities:

  • The Benefits Analyst supports the administration of Health & Welfare and Retirement benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, 401(k) and pension plans.
  • Responsibilities include resolving complex benefits issues, vendor management; compliance oversight; benefits training, communications, and support of benefits activity/inquiry (e.g., open enrollment support, onboarding support, etc.); maintaining plan documents and Summary Plan Descriptions; and support for M&A activities.
  • This position is expected to contribute to and deliver business processes in a self-managed and target oriented manner, and thus contributes to team results.
Qualifications and skills:
  • Candidates must have a BS/BA degree and at least 3 - 5 five years of experience with Benefits programs, with a strong emphasis on Health & Welfare programs.
  • They should possess strong knowledge of various health and welfare plans and relevant U.S. regulations such as ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, Medicare, and IRS rules.
  • Key skills include prioritization, vendor management, communication, attention to detail, critical thinking, teamwork, and proficiency in Office 365, knowledge of Savings Plan and Pension Benefits is a plus.
