Key Responsibilities

  Provide daily operational support and oversight for multiple customer accountsacross varioussites.

  Supervise and support site-level employees and managers located across different regions.

  Conduct on-site visits asrequiredto assess performance, ensure compliance, and build customer relationships.

  Monitor each site's performance and ensure adherence to operational, safety, service, and compliance standards.

Education & Experience Requirements

  Experience managing distributed or multi-site teams is strongly preferred.

  Proficiencyin performance metrics, auditing, and customer reporting.

  Experience working in a hybrid/remote environment.
