The CMH Health practice of Milliman Inc. is seeking a responsible, motivated high school student to join our team this summer. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in a professional office setting while developing valuable communication, organization, and time-management skills. You will work with an outstanding team and assist in tasks and projects supporting various departments to include, but not limited to, Accounting, Facilities, Human Resources, Project Management, and Talent Acquisition. Job Responsibilities You will be responsible for assisting several departments with administrative functions including, but not limited to:
- Support the Accounting team with various tasks to include printing remittance information for payables, prepare envelopes with remittance and check payments to vendors and prepare for mailing.
- Sort and open mail for the Accounting team, scan invoices, and scan/save check copies.
- Provide assistance with various Accounting tasks and special projects.
- Provide support for the Facilities team through office furniture tagging project.
- Support the Human Resources team with various tasks to include creating draft surveys in Microsoft Forms, MPS student handbook, National Intern Day flyer and planning, and ad hoc HR projects.
- Run and audit weekly QRM reports and monthly audits as necessary for the Project Management team.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with various data mining projects and inventory management, and support planning of fall campus recruiting events.
- File, scan, photocopy, and assist with document preparation and general administrative tasks for all departments.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Assist with research, special projects, or any additional tasks as assigned, adapting to the needs of the organization.

Minimum Requirements
- Current Milwaukee Public High School student entering junior or senior year.
- Availability to work 8 to 20 hours per week during the school year and up to 29 hours per week during the summer
- Physical ability to walk around, climb stairs, push carts, reach up and down, kneel, crawl, and lift heavy items (up to 30 pounds maximum).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.

- This position will be located on-site at our Milwaukee office located in Brookfield, Wisconsin from May 2026 to June 2027.
- This is a part-time internship. Candidates are able to work from 20 up to 29 hours per week during the summer (while school is not in session) and from 8 to 20 hours per week during the school year. We offer a flexible work arrangement Monday through Friday and will establish a schedule based on the student's availability and supervisor approval.
