Summary

The Senior Vice President of Enablement Transformation is a strategic executive responsible for owning the entire Enablement ecosystem at OneStream-spanning customer, partner, sales, pre-sales, education, and internal field teams. This leader sets the vision, strategy, and execution for a seamless, value-driven enablement experience. This will include the full customer lifecycle, ensuring enablement is a direct engine for solution-based value, implementation adoption, and value realization-based customer success and revenue growth.

This role unifies Sales, Pre-Sales Enablement aligned to Pre-Sales Enablement Partner Enablement, Global Education Services into a single, integrated operating model. The SVP will ensure every customer-facing role speaks a common language of OneStream driven business value, supported by world-class learning experiences, consistent messaging, scalable systems, and data-driven insights.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities



  • Define and execute the global vision, strategy, and operating model for the endtoend Enablement ecosystem, spanning sales, presales, partners, customers, education services, and internal field teams.
  • Own and continuously evolve a unified enablement approach aligned to the full customer lifecycle-from prospect through renewal and expansion-ensuring consistency, scalability, and measurable business impact.
  • Integrate enablement strategy tightly with gotomarket priorities, product roadmap timing, and commercialization efforts to ensure readiness, clarity of messaging, and solutionbased selling motions
  • Lead the design and delivery of valuebased advisory and enablement programs that accelerate timetovalue, drive customer outcomes, and support longterm growth and expansion
  • Establish monetization strategies and P&L ownership for education and enablement offerings, including certifications, subscriptions, and advisory services, while maintaining bestinclass learning quality.
  • Leverage AI and advanced technologies to modernize enablement platforms, personalize learning journeys, scale content creation, and generate actionable insights into enablement effectiveness.
  • Build, lead, and develop a highperforming global organization across Sales Enablement, Global Education Services, and Business Transformation, ensuring shared goals, metrics, and operating rhythms
  • Partner crossfunctionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Partner leadership to streamline handoffs, reduce friction, and reinforce a single, valuedriven customer narrative
  • Serve as a senior executive ambassador with customers, partners, analysts, and industry forums, representing enablement strategy and reinforcing OneStream's value proposition in the market.
  • Establish success metrics and accountability frameworks to measure field productivity, enablement ROI, education revenue growth, partner readiness, and customer value realization.



Required Education and Experience



  • 12+ years of experience in enabling, Value Transformation, or Value Based selling, GTM strategy, education services, presales, or enterprise SaaS leadership.
  • Deep understanding of value-based selling, customer outcomes, and enterprise buying journeys.
  • Proven success building and scaling global enablement organizations and/or programmatic approaches to solution selling in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership and monetization of education or services offerings.
  • Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-suite customers and partners.
  • Experience leading large, globally distributed teams.



Preferred Education and Experience



  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Experience as a c-suite leader (preferably a CFO).
  • Background in enterprise finance, performance management, or CPM/EPM software.
  • Experience integrating AI into learning, enablement, or GTM workflows.
  • Prior success unifying multiple enablement functions under a single strategy.



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Deep expertise in valuebased selling, customer outcomes, enterprise buying journeys, and solutionoriented gotomarket models within a highgrowth SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, scale, and unify global enablement and education organizations under a single, cohesive strategy and operating model.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including experience with P&L ownership, monetization strategies, and performance measurement for services and education offerings.
  • Advanced leadership capabilities with a proven track record of building inclusive, highperforming, globally distributed teams and developing senior leaders.
  • Ability to operate effectively at the executive and Csuite level, influencing strategy, aligning stakeholders, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and customers.
  • Strong systemsthinking mindset, with the ability to align people, process, content, and technology into a scalable, datadriven enablement ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance learning architectures, personalize enablement experiences, and drive continuous innovation.
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex product and value concepts into clear, compelling market and customer narratives.
  • Datainformed, outcomesfocused decisionmaking capabilities, with the ability to define, track, and optimize metrics tied to productivity, adoption, and revenue impact.

  • Manage a large global team of leaders and individual contributors.
