TITLE: Sales Enablement Manager

LOCATION: Hybrid - Lombard, IL

COMP RANGE: $125,000 - $155,000 / year plus bonus

Custom Culinary, a subsidiary of Griffith Foods, is hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to integrate our Field Sales plan across the commercial team. Executes prioritized sales goals, information, and programs that translate into action plans for field sales execution. Communicates category and customer growth initiatives, strategies and key business topics to the field. Establish collaborative relationships and act as a conduit between internal functions, and sales teams to ensure flawless execution of the sales plan.

Your strategic sales support will help nourish the world by ensuring our Field Sales team is fully aligned, equipped, and empowered to execute with excellence.

As a Sales Enablement Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive sales and volume performance by leading internal alignment on trimester plans, managing RFI/RFP processes, and supporting customer teams with datadriven insights and salesenablement tools.
  • Execute marketfacing initiatives by projectmanaging trimester playbooks, tracking performance through scorecards, and connecting NonCommercial and Distribution strategies with Field Sales.
  • Contribute to longrange strategic planning by developing tactics, measurement tools, and leading Monthly Business Reviews that synthesize sales results for the broader organization.
  • Strengthen crossfunctional collaboration by coordinating with marketing, finance, and other business units to ensure brand performance, funding requests, and sales initiatives are aligned.
  • Manage key administrative and analytical responsibilities, including CRM and tradespend tools, data analysis, and acting as a conduit across sales teams to support incremental organizational needs.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2 years + of experience in sales operations, project management, sales enablement, category management, or a related commercial function, ideally within a fastpaced, matrixed organization.
  • Exhibited leadership and projectmanagement skills, with the ability to guide crossfunctional teams, influence without authority, and drive alignment across sales, marketing, and finance.
  • Validated analytical and strategic thinking abilities, including comfort working with sales data, financial inputs, and market insights to shape decisions and support longrange planning.
  • Proficiency with salesenablement and analytics tools (CRM, Sales Insights, TELUS/Blacksmith, or similar platforms), along with the ability to quickly learn new systems and optimize workflows.
  • Candidates must currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
  • The ability to work onsite in Lombard, IL on Tuesday's and Thursday's.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand and walk to communicate and listen effectively. This will require both office and kitchen environments.

There is potential for a discretionary bonus, with a target of 12%. This bonus is based on personal & company performance and is not a guaranteed bonus plan.
