If so, apply today! We are seeking a Loader Operator to join our team at our Jamesville Asphalt Plant. As a Loader Operator, you will safely operate a frontend loader to supply the plant with aggregate by loading the coldfeed bins. Compensation $25.00-$27.00 Main Responsibilities Operate a frontend loader to safely load aggregate into the coldfeed bins for the asphalt plant. Maintain steady material flow to support continuous plant production. Keep the yard, stockpiles, and loading areas organized and free of hazards. Perform daily inspections and basic preventive maintenance on the loader. Follow all plant safety guidelines and promptly report any issues or incidents. Skills Ability to safely and efficiently operate a frontend loader. Ability to work in a fastpaced production environment and follow instructions. Strong situational awareness and willingness to learn from supervisors and seasoned employees.
