Position Overview Regal Rexnord is seeking a Talent Development Specialist, Talent Management & Early Career to help execute core talent management routines and support early career development programs. In this role, the Specialist applies strong functional knowledge of talent processes, learning tools, and HR operations to deliver high-quality experiences for HR teams, people leaders, and program participants. Operating with minimal day-to-day instruction, the Specialist manages components of performance management, goal setting, succession and talent review preparation, leadership competency assessments, and related TM deliverables. This role also contributes to the successful execution of early career programs by coordinating logistics, communications, and development experiences for rotational cohorts. The ideal candidate has strong execution discipline, excellent communication skills, comfort with data and technology, and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. The Specialist will work with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Communications, Analytics, and L&D to ensure seamless delivery of TM and EC programs. This role reports into the Sr Manager, Talent Management. Key Responsibilities Talent Management Leadership (Approx. 60%)

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization. The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors. Annual base salary range: $75,000 to $95,000 Benefits
