Marketing Associate (supports Investment & Wealth teams, campaigns & events)

The Marketing Associate will provide critical support in executing integrated marketing campaigns and brand initiatives across digital, event, and sales enablement channels. This role supports the Wealth and Investment Management Group.

This role is suited for a highly organized, detail-driven marketing professional with hands-on experience in content production, marketing technology platforms, and event coordination. The associate will play a key role in ensuring brand consistency, operational efficiency, and measurable campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Sales Enablement

  • Develop, format, and maintain high-quality PowerPoint presentations for sales, executive leadership, and client-facing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and visual clarity.
  • Coordinate and execute webinars end-to-end using platforms such as Zoom, GoToWebinar, or ON24, including registration setup, email communications, live moderation, and post-event reporting.
  • Manage the creation, updating, and version control of datasheets, case studies, and other sales collateral, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with current messaging.

Event Coordination

  • Plan and execute logistics for marketing events (virtual and in-person), including vendor coordination, venue setup, shipping of materials, registration tracking, and run-of-show development.
  • Serve as on-site marketing support when required, ensuring professional brand representation and smooth execution.
  • Collect, clean, and organize post-event lead data; ensure timely upload into CRM and proper attribution for sales follow-up.

Digital & Creative Execution

  • Build and publish landing pages using CMS or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, WordPress), ensuring proper UX, tracking, and conversion optimization.
  • Create digital and print assets including social media graphics, email templates, banners, and event materials using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Execute and monitor email and digital campaigns, tracking KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and lead quality.
  • Maintain accurate campaign tracking and reporting within Salesforce (or similar CRM), including campaign attribution and ROI analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience, preferably in banking, technology, or professional services environment.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, webinars, events, and digital lead generation.

  • Proven track record of coordinating webinars and marketing events, including logistics, tools, and post-event reporting.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint (advanced level), including slide design, template usage, and data visualization.

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce (campaign tracking, reporting, lead management).

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) for email campaigns and landing page creation.

  • Working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email or landing page editing is strongly preferred.

  • Strong writing and editing skills with experience creating marketing copy for emails, landing pages, and collateral.

  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging tailored to target audiences.

  • High attention to detail in both written content and visual presentation.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing asset libraries, version control, and campaign timelines.

  • Experience tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, pipeline contribution).

  • Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a hybrid or cross-functional team environment with sales and product teams.

  • Familiarity with event management tools (e.g. Cvent, Eventbrite).

  • Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) strategies is a plus.
