This role contributes to advancing UCF IT's mission to deliver innovative, enterprise-level technology solutions by supporting the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of high-impact IT projects from initiation through implementation. Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the university, the IT Project Manager I ensures projects remain aligned with organizational goals and strategies while maintaining clear communication, strong coordination, and effective execution. This position plays a key role in delivering projects on time, within budget, and at the highest quality, while also supporting strategic planning efforts, AI and automation initiatives, and a culture of continuous improvement across UCF IT. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree; oran equivalent combination of education and experiencepursuant toFla. Stat. 112.219(6). Preferred Qualifications:

The anticipated salary for a well-qualified candidate for this position is around $65,000. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations.
