Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Project Manager for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role will lead the planning, deployment, and migration of cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure) and other hybrid infrastructure. The successful candidate will coordinate infrastructure technology delivery, establish realistic timelines, and actively facilitate technical discussions with project teams to ensure execution meets client expectations in terms of functionality, quality, and cost. Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and deliver defined project deliverables which requires engagement from multiple teams Understand the project's overall purpose and scope of work Establish realistic timelines and get commitment from key project team members Communicate work objectives, coordinate delivery, manage risks, and ensure compliance to standards Provide end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables Build collaborative relationships with TI and application resources Establish meetings to review project progress and remaining tasks Ensure project objectives and goals are clearly understood to minimize scope creep Maintain a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to track tasks, dates, and dependencies Facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery Identify, track, and manage issues and risks Requirements: 10+ years of experience managing projects involving server-based technology 7+ years of experience in Infrastructure project management 2+ years of experience with Public Cloud (AWS, Azure) Ability to facilitate and manage multiple infrastructure projects Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project Ability to lead complex projects and/or programs Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) for all levels in the organization Excellent organizational skills Ability to multi-task and be flexible to assist team members as needed Desired skills: Midrange server and/or network infrastructure project delivery experience Experience with Jira in management of projects through Deliverables/Epics/Stories Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall methodology environments Pay range: $53.38 - $61.38 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
