Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creation and execution of high-quality visual design across corporate, product, and event initiatives. This role requires a strong design foundation, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to take projects from concept through final production with minimal oversight, while maintaining brand consistency at a global level.

The Senior Graphic Designer will serve as a key creative partner across teams, influencing creative direction, mentoring others through example, and delivering hands-on design execution in a fast-paced, matrixed, and deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Creative Execution & Ownership

  • Demonstrate expert-level understanding of design fundamentals and production workflows, with the ability to integrate AI-enabled tools without compromising quality, accuracy, or brand integrity.
  • Lead the design and production of high-quality print and digital assets, including brand collateral, product marketing materials, presentations, advertisements, event graphics, signage, internal communications, web graphics, landing page visuals, email campaigns, social media content, digital advertisements, UI-support graphics, and presentation templates.
  • Own projects from initial brief through final delivery, managing timelines, stakeholder feedback, and independent revisions.
  • Translate strategic objectives, technical information, and complex concepts into clear, compelling visual solutions.
  • Leverage AI-assisted design tools to support concept development, image generation, layout exploration, and production efficiency while maintaining creative intent and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams using shared creative platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud) to support efficient workflows, version control, and consistent brand execution.

Brand Stewardship

  • Apply, maintain, and help evolve global brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all global assets and brand touchpoints.
  • Identify gaps or inconsistencies in brand application and proactively propose thoughtful, scalable solutions.
  • Act as a brand steward, balancing creative innovation with brand governance.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, HR, and external vendors to deliver cohesive, on-brand design solutions.
  • Present design concepts clearly and professionally to internal stakeholders, articulating creative rationale and design decisions.
  • Manage stakeholder feedback efficiently while maintaining design integrity, quality standards, and business objectives.
  • Partner effectively in a matrixed environment, balancing multiple priorities and perspectives.

Production & Asset Management

  • Prepare, proof, and deliver production-ready files for both print and digital distribution.
  • Manage print vendors, fabricators, and external partners to ensure accurate and high-quality execution.
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation.
  • Support Digital Asset Management (DAM) or asset governance initiatives to improve accessibility and consistency of creative assets.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • 10+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an in-house or corporate environment.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft 365 (including AI-enabled tools such as Copilot or Chat), with hands-on experience using built-in AI features (e.g., generative fill, content-aware tools, automation features).
  • Exceptional understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Confident decision-maker who can balance creative excellence with business needs.
