As a Structural Engineer I in our Overland Park, KS office, you will help us empower our clients to meet the challenges of rapidly evolving energy sources and utility distribution through new technology, new designs, retrofits and repair of structural systems for all types of facilities. Why we need you: In this role, you will have the opportunity to approach design in unconventional ways, apply your knowledge while working on significant and complex projects, work alongside professionals known for advanced engineering solutions, and learn within a friendly, supportive environment. Not only does AEI design energy and utility facilities we also provide services for process facilities, pharmaceuticals / healthcare designing clean rooms and patient facilities to industrial/manufacturing facilities for various types of products. You will work under the supervision of a licensed professional engineer throughout a project from conception, through design and into construction. Specific activities will include:
Assisting with producing, modifying and reviewing design documents for a variety of projects. No two projects are ever the same.
