Sr Manager Finance - Sales & Standard Margin

Your Role on Our Team:

The Sr. Finance Manager - Sales & Standard Margin is responsible for leading the team tasked with owning Sales and Standard Margin forecasting and reporting for the company. This role partners closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance executive leadership to drive alignment across the business. In addition to owning Sales and Standard Margin, this role supports order to cash initiatives, including management of deductions and penalties.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all Sales & Standard Margin forecasting activities, including executive alignment and forecast execution. Own formal sales reporting for the company.
• Support strategic Order to Cash and Order Management initiatives. Partner with Sales and Supply Chain leadership to identify and action areas of opportunity.
• Own Penalties and Deductions forecasting and reporting. Leverage these findings to drive process improvement initiatives with the business.
• Manage multiple finance direct reports while supporting multiple commercial and operational business partners.
• Partner with Sales and Operational leaders to develop and execute long-term, strategic plans and initiatives.
• Demonstrate a commitment to the process of continuous improvement. Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities and streamline processes.
• Identify knowledge gaps and develop tools, processes & models to provide meaningful information to internal customers.
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple processes and initiatives, while prioritizing appropriately.
• Identify and respond actively, and with sensitivity, to the needs of all internal and external customers, ensuring the team provides a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years of experience with Finance and/or Accounting responsibilities
• Experience managing multiple direct reports a plus
• Critical thinking, strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels and functions within the organization, both Finance and Non-Finance (written, verbal, presentation, and listening)
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, with advanced Excel knowledge
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work well on diverse, cross-functional teams
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
