We are looking for a Retail Financing Specialist who is both analytical and business oriented, with the ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations.

Reporting to the Retail Finance Lead, North America, this role supports the daily execution and evolution of BRP's retail financing programs.

Someone who goes beyond reports and is naturally data curious, with a focus on the "why" behind the numbers will excel in this role. As part of the role, you'll ensure the smooth execution of retail financing programs and work closely with our lending partners and cross-functional teams in finance, sales, and marketing to maintain effective, competitive, and well-executed programs. You will also contribute to enhancing current reporting, maintain dashboards and KPIs, performing ad-hoc analysis as well as uncovering trends and actionable insights.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO

* Support the day to day operations of retail financing programs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely execution.

* Prepare and maintain pricing grids, rate sheets, and promotional documents; ensure clear and timely communication with financing partners and assist with invoice validation/processing.

* Create, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards, recurring reports, and KPIs to monitor performance, with a focus on insights and decision support.

* Analyze retail finance performance to identify key drivers, issues, and opportunities; deliver ad hoc analysis and present clear findings/recommendations to stakeholders.

* Identify market and consumer trends to shape retail financing promotions, and track and summarize competitor financing activity to assess potential impact and inform program and promotional strategy.

* Support initiatives with lending partners, troubleshoot issues, track program performance, and ensure seamless dealer support.

* Collaborate closely with finance, sales, and marketing teams to provide data driven insights that improve program design and execution.

* Recommend improvements to reporting and processes that unlock growth and efficiency.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Required:

* Bachelor's degree in, business, finance, economics, data analytics, or a related field

* 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, operations, or a related role. (Relevant internships or co-op experience may count toward this requirement)

* Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling), and experience using Power BI (including DAX at a working level).

* SQL proficiency (writing queries and scripts) to independently pull, validate, and analyze data.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify drivers, and present clear insights.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Fluency in English is required.

* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners

* Demonstrated track record of working independently while meeting deadlines and successfully keeping track of projects Location and in office expectations: Required to work onsite in the Plano, TX office 50% of the time, or the equivalent of 5 days per 2 weeks

Preferred

* Prior experience in powersports, automotive, retail, or consumer financing

* Exposure to pricing, promotions, or program performance analysis

* Experience using Snowflake for data access and analysis (e.g., querying, basic exploration)

* Experience with Knime, Alteryx, or Python

* Fluency in French
