You have a talent for talent. You source, network, and never fail to fill. You match the perfect candidate with the next phase of their career. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified pharmaceutical sales candidates. You will work with internal hiring managers to identify target candidate profiles and provide a slate of best-fit candidates to quickly fill open positions of critical need. You will:
- Develop and execute a recruiting strategy for each open position
- Source candidates through the Syneos Health ATS, job boards, and social media
- Screen and interview candidates
- Manage candidate progression through hiring manager interviews
- Attend job fairs, open houses, and professional/sales recruitment events
Essential Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years' full cycle recruitment background
- Strong recruitment experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of service delivery and do what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction including dealing with service failures
- Strong computer skills including ATS, web-based recruiting tools, MS Office skills
Desired Requirements:
- Prior experience selecting candidates using behavioral interview techniques
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $X to $Y. The base salary range represents the anticipated low
and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the
candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may
include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
