Job Description

The Project Specialist role strengthens and supports Global Litigation's organizational effectiveness. The role is responsible for leading all aspects of multiple complex projects, supporting annual planning, tracking progress against key objectives, and delivering clear, data-driven insights to leadership, among other things. The position improves decision-making through dashboards, executive reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to close data gaps and streamline processes. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex crossfunctional projects, including the coordination, documentation, and communication of project plans and requirements.
  • Assist the department with setting yearly goals/objectives, helping define highquality key results, align owners and milestones, and measurement tracking.
  • Support the development, management, and monitoring of department budgets, including forecasting and planning for future operational needs.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and trackers that clearly show progress, risks, and dependencies across initiatives and workstreams.
  • Translate project metrics into crisp executive narratives; produce concise leadership updates that tie trends and outcomes to strategic priorities.
  • Uncover and close data gaps through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Anticipate organizational and changemanagement needs; propose practical solutions that improve adoption and outcomes; support communication needs.
  • Spot patterns across workstreams, vendors, and processes and support improvements (e.g., playbooks, checklists, templates, automation).
  • Providing general support, including assisting Global Litigation leadership with administrative tasks, and other responsibilities as needed.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience in lieu of degree .
Experience
  • 2+ years in business operations, program/portfolio management, strategy execution, or legal operations within a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Handson experience establishing goal frameworks (setting metrics, running cadences, reporting outcomes).
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency with the use of technology tools (e.g., Excel) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Background supporting legal, compliance, or other specialized corporate functions

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 60,000.00 - 97,125.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
