About the Role We are seeking a detailoriented Operations Support Specialist to join our clinical operations team in New Berlin. This role works closely with the Clinical Manager and provides essential administrative, clinical support, and customer service assistance to a team of Respiratory Therapists (RTs). This position is ideal for someone with a healthcare background who enjoys working with both patients and clinical staff, managing documentation, handling calls, and supporting daytoday clinical operations in a fastpaced healthcare environment. Schedule: FullTime \| Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Work Environment: 100% Onsite Key Responsibilities * Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming and outgoing patient phone calls * Communicate with patients, healthcare offices, and internal clinical teams regarding services and documentation * Program and manage overnight oximetry units * Support respiratory therapists with administrative and operational tasks * Manage and maintain clinical documentation with a high level of accuracy and compliance * Assist with scheduling, coordination, and followup related to patient services * Perform general administrative duties to support smooth daily clinic operations Required Qualifications (Top Skills) * eMedical or healthcare experience required * 2+ years of experience in a clinical or healthcare environment * Highly organized with strong attention to detail * Comfortable interacting with both patients and clinical staff * Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively * Reliable, accountable, and demonstrates strong followthrough Why Join Us? Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
