Description The ideal Project Manager (PM) will be a proactive, results-driven individual with a proven track record. They will be responsible for managing teams, assessing headcount needs, motivating team members to complete tasks on time, and creating timelines, charts, and PowerPoint presentations. Collaboration with other PMs, architects, Agile Release Trains (ARTs) across the business unit, and offshore teams will be essential. The purpose of this project is to migrate the route optimization application internationally. After successfully rolling out the application in the US, the next phase involves implementing it in 200 countries across Europe. Responsibilities: Utilize PMO methodology to create project plans that meet stakeholder needs and deliver desired outcomes. Prepare and present project status reports to Director-level management. Develop integrated baseline project plans, identify resources, and manage performance. Recommend solutions based on business issues and provide schedule and cost forecasts. Capture and analyze program metrics. Manage project scope, client expectations, and operational risks. Track requirements and issues, resolve minor project issues, and escalate when necessary. Manage project closure initiatives and document project activities for future reference. Additional Skills & Qualifications The candidate must be confident, able to work cross-functionally, and require minimal supervision. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be a quick learner. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Coraopolis, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
