Job Title: Bank Teller - Hilltop Village, VAJob DescriptionAs a Bank Teller, you will provide our members and prospective members with a comprehensive range of products and services. This includes managing depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust, and estate accounts, as well as offering lending products and credit/debit card services. Responsibilities * Assist members with a variety of banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account management. * Promote and explain the full range of financial products and services available. * Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive and friendly demeanor. * Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. * Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with banking regulations. * Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals. Essential Skills * Excellent cash handling skills and experience. * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on effective communication and emotional intelligence. * Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. * Collaborative and team-oriented attitude. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Previous banking experience is preferred but not required. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry. * Flexible and upbeat demeanor, with the ability to maintain high energy levels throughout the day. * Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The work schedule includes shifts from 8:15 AM to 5:30 PM on four weekdays and a Saturday shift from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM, with one rotating weekday off. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alexandria, VA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.28/hr.
