Job Details: * Manage/administer SCCM/MECM * Image creation/deployments * App deployments * App packaging * Deployment scripts * Windows updates/customization * Intune is set up in the environment, but is not currently utilized but would be a plus if a candidate has this * 450 endpoints in the environment * Servers and workstations (mostly workstations) * Currently on SCCM 2503 * Currently working on setting up a new SCCM server that will likely be up and running when this person starts * Strong diagnostic skills * Vendor coordination/purchasing ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manages and administers Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Intune, including configuration, policy creation, compliance monitoring, and ongoing platform maintenance to ensure all endpoints are secure and up to date. * Creates, manages, and troubleshoots Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security settings, configurations, and standards across all firm endpoints. * Develops, tests, and deploys operating system images and software packages, ensuring standardized and efficient provisioning of new and existing devices. * Administers and supports Microsoft Teams, including user configuration, troubleshooting, and management of telephony integrations with phone line carriers. * Manages end user hardware lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, refresh, and decommissioning, while maintaining an accurate inventory of all technology assets. * Coordinates with hardware and software vendors to arrange support services, manage warranty claims, and ensure timely delivery of equipment and replacement parts. * Plans, tests, and deploys Microsoft operating system and Office updates, upgrades, and configuration changes across the firm, communicating relevant changes to end users and technology staff. * Develops and maintains documentation for system configurations, standard operating procedures, and deployment workflows. * Exercises sound professional judgment in resolving complex endpoint and systems issues, escalating to the appropriate support tier or vendor when necessary. * Manages multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to firm operations. * Provides after-hours support to technology users throughout the firm by participating in an on-call rotation as needed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, MI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.00 - $36.00/hr.
