Job Summary

The Room Attendant is a vital, hands-on role responsible for maintaining the hotel and resort's overall cleanliness and luxury standards. Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will ensure daily operations run smoothly by delivering impeccable guest rooms and facilities, directly contributing to the world-class experience our guests expect.

Essential Job Functions



  • Quality Excellence: Clean guest rooms and facilities in strict accordance with standard operating procedures and "Quality Assurance" guidelines.
  • Communication: Work closely with Housekeeping Supervisors and Crew Leaders; report any maintenance issues or supply needs promptly.
  • Professionalism: Maintain equipment in good working order and handle all guest information with strict confidentiality.
  • Teamwork: Follow directions accurately and contribute to a safe, environmentally responsible work environment.


Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:



  • Experience: Previous cleaning experience in a resort or hotel setting is preferred.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, and stretch for extended periods.
  • Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and maintain high standards within designated timeframes.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is desired.

  • Urgency & Initiative: A strong sense of urgency and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A team player who demonstrates flexibility, patience, and a professional demeanor.
  • Appearance: Adherence to uniform standards, including slip-resistant, enclosed-toe footwear.
  • Communication: Ability to speak, read, and write English is preferred. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required only if driving duties are assigned.
