Learn more at www.hbfuller.com. Position Overview The Maintenance Manager reports to the Production Director and is responsible for all plant maintenance and capital activities at the Fridley site. This role leads the maintenance team in building a best-in-class culture of Safety, Continuous Improvement, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Success is achieved by ensuring every employee is focused on meeting customer requirements and continuously improving daily plant operations. The position collaborates with peer managers and global/regional leaders to design, implement, and sustain systems that support world-class manufacturing performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $95,000 - $125,000.In addition to your salary, H.B.
