The Role We are hiring a Seasoner Operator for our Waukesha location on the 3^rd shift. The seasoner operator is responsible for operating and monitoring seasoner, feeder, shaker & conveyor equipment, ensuring that all products meet Legacy Bakehouse's quality and efficiency standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth production, food safety compliance, and equipment reliability. What You'll Do Set up/running of the seasoners, base feeders, shaker tables and conveyors per customer's specs/Legacy specs. Help maintain the equipment by doing a general inspection of equipment, performing basic mechanical troubleshooting and reporting any repair needs to your supervisor. Conducting seasoning testing according to customer / internal spec. Recording data from required testing Making any necessary changes to equipment to achieve Legacy efficiency standards. Making any necessary changes to equipment to achieve specified quantities of seasoning/oil. Make sure a consistent product level in the base feeder is maintained. Make sure a consistent seasoning curtain is maintained. Make sure that a consistent oil spray is maintained. Making any necessary changes to equipment to achieve Legacy quality standards. Make sure to consistently scrape the shaker table screen in order to maintain proper sifting. Recording of Lot numbers for traceability purposes. General housekeeping duties to comply with the standards of food safety. Conducting changeovers to prepare for the next product run. What We're Looking for Reliable and detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills. Ability to read and write in English (Spanish proficiency a plus). Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting. Prior experience in food manufacturing required, QA or food safety experience preferred. Willingness to learn and apply technical concepts (SQF, HACCP, Food Safety). Willing to assist in other departments as needed.
