Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineering Intern to join our Operations team for Summer 2026. This internship is ideal for a sophomore or junior pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field who is interested in hands-on experience in process improvement, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. As an intern, you'll work closely with our engineering and operations leaders to support real-world projects that improve productivity, streamline workflows, enhance quality, and optimize resource utilization. You will gain exposure to lean methodologies, time studies, data analysis tools, and manufacturing/operations best practices. Key Responsibilities:
