Description The QI Coordinator performs activities in five key areas: (1) QI program management, including administration and continuous process improvement. (2) Driving clinical quality improvement activities. (3) Internal coordination of clinical quality improvement activities. (4) Support of QI Program administration activities. (5) Provides mentoring, training, and skills transfer to all levels of the organization on the use and practice of performance improvement tools and methodologies. (6) Utilizes a framework of Human Factors Engineering to assist teams in development of effective and sustainable solutions aimed at improving patient safety, quality of care, and service. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
