In this context we are looking for Warehouse Operator's, open to 1st or 2nd shift, to join our team in Dulles, VA.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM:

• You will engage in kitting operation using company guidelines, technical data and following the quality system ensuring compliance with Airbus Canada and applicable regulatory requirements.

• You will ensure individual parts documentation is accurate and bill of material received matched the manufacturer's technical data.

• You will participate in the registration and understanding of appropriate technical data following agreement with the Kitting Operations Supervisor.

• You will participates in annual recurrent training specific to duties and other training as recommended by the Quality department and/or management.

ABOUT YOU:

Equipped with a high school diploma (or equivalent) and paired with professional experience ideally as a Warehouse Operator, we are looking for a team player with the following experience, skills and mindset:

• 3 years prior production experience

• Manufacturer training certification preferred

• Ability to function and adapt in a fast-paced environment with flexibility

• Ability to understand and comply with Company Management System (CMS)

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting and Carrying: Able to carry up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis.

• Hearing: Corrected hearing able to respond to emergency alarms, alerts and warnings. Ability to hear via telephone, teleconference, and work-related conversations.

• Pushing/Pulling/Manipulation: Able to push and pull items in the work place

• Sitting: Able to sit and work in front of a computer or other machine for extended periods of time.

• Squatting/Kneeling: Able to squat and kneel as needed to retrieve or place items on low shelving.

• Standing: Able to stand for long periods of time

• Physical requirements similar to that of a moderate activity job

• Personal Protective Equipment required: Required PPE includes, but is not limited to, Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection, Respirators/Masks, and/or Protective Gloves as required by site and/or customer site

• Administrative position only PPE required: Steel-toed shoes are required for all shop floor visit, appropriate hearing/eye protection may also be required when visiting the shop floor.

Citizenship:

• Authorized to Work in the U.S. without current or future need for visa sponsorship.
