Responsibilities:



  • Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal customers at all times.
  • Consolidate shift reports for all areas of casino operations.
  • Verify soft count deposits.
  • Audit and account for all control documents and prepare exception reports for all errors.
  • Review, compile, and report W2G information.
  • Ensure security of customer financial information.
  • Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities.
  • Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all customers and team members.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures established by Bally's Kansas City Casino and departmental management.
  • Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of management.


Competencies:



  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • 2 years of accounting experience or equivalent education is preferred.
  • Must obtain and maintain Missouri Gaming Commission occupational license.
  • Appropriate use of office equipment, including personal computer, telephone with voice mail system, fax machine, 10-key calculator, and photocopier.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Must be able to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  • Read, write, and understand moderately complex instructions, including Internal Controls.
  • Communicate appropriately with all casino customers, casino departments, and fellow team members.
  • Understand and adhere to all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and any other applicable federal, state, and/or local regulations.
  • Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under frequent time pressures.


Work Environment:



  • Required to stand and walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, and controls, reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear.
  • The team member is frequently required to bend or stoop and to lift up to 100 pounds, including lifting overhead.
  • Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Exposure to variable temperatures, smoke, steam, and wet areas.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually somewhat loud.


Target Salary Range:

$16.00 to $18.63
