POSTION SUMMARY The Executive Assistant provides high-level, confidential support to EVP, Global Communications and the Chief Marketing Officer. This role manages day-to-day operations, ensures alignment across priorities, and supports execution of key initiatives.
You will manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings and communications, and support leadership engagement with internal and external stakeholders. You will also be a partner across teams to keep work moving and ensure follow-through.
