What You'll Do / Impact You'll Own:

The Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer is responsible for the development of software solutions as part of a cross-functional team operating in an Agile environment with hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end technologies. Collaboration is with other developers, architects and product owners to build and maintain scalable system and enterprise applications. Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) within Agile/Scrum frameworks are essential.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Utilize React and Angular to design, develop and implement software solutions in alignment with strategic technical objectives.
  • Actively participate and contribute towards successful execution of the SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Resolve technical challenges and roadblocks, ensuring successful sprints and delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to develop diverse software solutions, including web applications, system integrations, and data solutions.
  • Implement and enforce company quality and security standards in software development.
  • Contribute to API design and development towards data integrations.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to improve quality and development practices.
  • Review internal and partner system specifications and material requirements and create work from them.
  • Write clear technical documentation and effectively communicate designs.
  • Find and deliver new ways to develop and improve processes and technology.
  • Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values, and culture of the organization.


Who You Are / Impact You'll Own:

You are a well-rounded full-stack engineer who thrives in building scalable, production-grade applications across both front-end and back-end systems. You've spent your career translating business needs into clean, maintainable code, operating comfortably within Agile environments and owning delivery from design through deployment. You bring strong expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks like React and Angular, paired with a solid foundation in APIs, data systems, and cloud-native architectures. Beyond coding, you contribute as a technical thought partner, mentoring peers, improving development practices, and ensuring quality, security, and performance standards are consistently met. You are an effective communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders, and you take pride in delivering solutions that are not just functional, but scalable, secure, and aligned to long-term business objectives.




  • US Citizenship with the ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, or related technical work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in applications development, design and deployment.
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal with the ability to clearly translate technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to develop applications in multiple system architectures.
  • Expertise with multiple programming languages which must include modern JavaScript frameworks in Typescript (React, Angular).
  • Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) stages.
  • Expertise in SOLID principles and software design patterns.
  • Expertise in data engineering concepts of SQL, ETL, data warehousing and data streaming.
  • Development & Deployment experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and microservices.
  • Strong knowledge of secure development best practices.


  • 3 or more years of experience developing custom solutions in SaaS platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow or D365.
