Overview

We are seeking an experienced Apparel Product Manager to lead the development and execution of women's training apparel product lines for a globally recognized leader in the footwear industry. This is a high-impact role focused on driving product excellence, consumer relevance, and commercial success within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Location & Schedule

On-site with a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite / 1 day remote)

Experience Level

5-7+ years of product management experience in apparel required

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience


What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end product creation for women's training apparel, with a focus on sports bras and performance wear
  • Define and execute product strategy aligned to consumer insights, market trends, and business goals
  • Partner closely with design, merchandising, and technical design teams to bring products from concept through commercialization
  • Develop compelling product narratives and visual tools to support cross-functional alignment and decision-making
  • Manage calendars, milestones, and seasonal timelines to ensure on-time delivery of product assortments
  • Analyze retail performance and apply retail math to inform product decisions and assortment strategy
  • Collaborate with athletes, consumers, and internal partners to gather insights and validate product direction


What We're Looking For

  • Deep experience in apparel product management, ideally within women's performance or training categories
  • Strong understanding of retail math, product lifecycle, and consumer-driven product strategy
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Keynote for analysis and storytelling
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments while maintaining structure and clarity


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in women's performance apparel, especially sports bras or technical apparel categories
  • Strong consumer and competitor awareness in the athletic/performance space
  • Background in product innovation and trend-driven assortment planning
  • Prior experience with a globally recognized leader in the footwear or performance apparel industry
