JOB MISSION:

As the Associate Marketing Manager NA Lifestyle Global Key Accounts, you'll play a key role in bringing New Balance stories to life at Foot Locker, JD and Champs Sports. You'll support with all aspects of marketing planning and execution, working cross-functionally with Regional and Global teams to help build consumer journeys, elevate product storytelling and deliver impactful campaigns. From product launches to culturally relevant moments, you'll help activate omni-channel marketing experiences across each retailer's ecosystem (online and in-store), ensuring that it feels authentic, premium and distinctly New Balance. This is a hybrid role at New Balance HQ in Boston, with three days per week in the office.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Support the development of annual and seasonal Global Key Account marketing plans including content, organic social, retail, online and in-store tactics to highlight New Balance.

  • Support key product launches through the development and execution of creative campaigns aligned to consumer journey needs. This includes agency briefing, outlining deliverables and ensuring all creative meets brand standards.

  • Support with elevated marketing activations that are meaningful to the GKA consumer, such as events, community activations and product launches.

  • Support the Marketing Manager GKA in developing and executing marketing plans, aligned with Global and Regional direction.

  • Support key milestones and relationships for specific account partners, including building and executing retailer-specific marketing programs, collaborating and communicating with retail partners, operational support and recaps.

  • Collaborate with Global Marketing, Athlete, and Entertainment teams to ensure premium execution across category, product, and (athlete) marketing efforts.

  • Project management of regional content creation and production for key account partners.

  • Ensure all consumer-facing content and creative executions adhere to brand, category, athlete guidelines and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • 2+ years of marketing or related experience, ideally within sport, footwear, or culturedriven industries

  • Solid understanding of GoToMarket processes and crossfunctional collaboration

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines

  • Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and presentation abilities

  • Experience developing creative briefs, supporting content creation, and using Microsoft Office and projectmanagement tools

Boston, MA Headquarters - (NB) Only Pay Range: $82,000.00 - $105,800.00 - $129,600.00 Annual (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)

Flexible Work Schedule

Our North American hybrid model encourages rich in-person experiences, showcasing our commitment to teamwork and connection, while maintaining flexibility for associates. New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Our offices are fully open, and amenities are available across our North American office locations. To continue our focus on hybrid work we have introduced "Work from Anywhere" (WFA) for four weeks per calendar year. This model will help us enhance our culture while continuing to maintain elements of flexibility.
