Customer Service Representative

Location: CSC Building, Mount Holly, NC

Company: American & Efird (A&E)

Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm

What You'll Do



  • Serve as the primary liaison between A&E and customers


  • Work safely in a fast-paced office environment


  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently


  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, fax, or EDI systems


  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Service team


  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on requests


  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs


  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs


  • Interact professionally and respectfully with team members, vendors, and visitors



What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications



  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (textile industry preferred)


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)


  • Strong data entry and 10-key skills with good basic math ability


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills


  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities


  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
