Job Summary:**

The Customer Operations Representative at RXO CORPORATE SOLUTIONS, LLC is responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience with our services. This role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and solutions.
* Process customer orders, update account information, and handle service requests efficiently.
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with sales, logistics, and other internal departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
* Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to process enhancements.
* Educate customers on RXO's products, services, and policies.
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.

Job Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
* 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or operations role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
