Role Overview
VersAbility Resources is seeking an experienced and compassionate Residential Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our Community Living residential programs.

This leadership role is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring high-quality care for individuals served, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can balance operational oversight with person-centered care and staff development.

What You'll Do
*Provide leadership and supervision of residential staff and daily operations
*Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage
*Train and onboard new employees and ensure required certifications are maintained
*Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations
*Manage residence operations within budget guidelines
*Oversee and assist with individuals' personal finances as needed
*Develop and monitor Individual Support Plans (ISPs)
*Coordinate with Support Coordinators and stakeholders
*Provide on-call support for emergencies
*Support community integration and ensure HCBS compliance
*Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
*High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred
*Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
*Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
*Valid driver's license required
*Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
*Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
*Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for residential programs

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This position is assigned to a residential home and operates in a dynamic residential care environment. The role is responsible for overseeing staff and service delivery to meet the unique needs of individuals served. Responsibilities may vary based on individual care requirements, including oversight of services involving personal care where considerations of privacy and dignity are essential. The Residential Supervisor must demonstrate flexibility in supporting diverse populations within a residential setting.

Work is performed primarily within residential homes and may include occasional visits to community locations or program sites as needed. The environment may involve moderate noise levels and requires the ability to respond to operational and resident needs in a timely and professional manner. The employee must be able to perform essential job functions in a dynamic environment while ensuring safety, compliance, and quality of care.

Responsibilities include frequent standing and walking, assisting individuals with mobility needs, and responding to emergencies. The role may require lifting up to 25-50 lbs. and working in varied residential and community environments.

Schedule
This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule that includes every other weekend off and alternating Fridays and Mondays off. The role also participates in on-call rotation. Exact hours will be discussed during the interview process.
