Our team provides exceptional care and customer service to the people that matter most - the patients. ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE:
RESPONSIBILITIES: * Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls to schedule patients for PET/CT exams * Complete patient screening form with patient * Educate patient on the exam and exam preparation * Manage and place orders for exam medication REQUIREMENTS: * Prior Authorization experience is a plus * Proven customer service skills * Previous patient scheduling, call center or reception experience preferred * Familiarity with Medical Terminology a plus * Able to work in a high volume/fast-paced environment * Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information * Previous computer experience Shared Medical Services is a leading provider of diagnostic mobile medical imaging with our administrative headquarters located in the Madison, WI area (Cottage Grove).
