Business Development Manager

We are looking for passionate, driven individuals to join our team focused on Delivering Solutions and Improving Lives. Summary Reporting to the Senior Vice President, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing strategies to win new business across key markets. This role blends strategic planning with handson engagement, including client outreach, proposal development, opportunity qualification, and collaboration with engineering teams. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the engineering consulting landscape, exceptional relationshipbuilding skills, and a proven track record of converting opportunities into revenue. Responsibilities Work Product, Tasks, and Activities (Include but are not limited to the following). All activities will apply to ensure their respective team complies as well as themselves.
Make sales calls to gain access to new leads and follow up on upcoming or previously bid projects.
