Under the guidance and supervision of the USL Legal Counsel; USL IP Counsel; and USL Director of Compliance, the Paralegal / Corporate Compliance Specialist will support the legal operations, including general legal matters and IP related matters. This is a critical regulatory compliance role responsible for managing and maintaining all state Board of Pharmacy licenses and related credentials for our pharmaceutical operations. Minimum Education, Experience, Skills: Bachelor's degree required in a Business-related discipline. Paralegal certificate OR equivalent work experience strongly desired. A minimum of 3 years' experience supporting a legal function including responsibility for corporate compliance related functions required. State Licensing experience nice to have. Previous experience within pharmaceuticals is preferred.
