As a Security Officer Entrance Control in Bonita Springs, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Access Control Officer in a busy retail location, you will monitor entry points, verify access, and support a welcoming environment for visitors, tenants, and staff. You will remain visible, perform routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through strong communication and customer service. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Monitor and control access points for team members, vendors, deliveries, and visitors, verifying credentials and directing people according to site protocols.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefront areas, common spaces, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual activity.
• Support security-related operations by reporting maintenance concerns, access issues, and/or policy violations while providing clear information and assistance to guests and staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
