Position Summary

Position Summary:

Responsible for delivering financial reports and analyses in support of the operating groups, corporate functions, and executive management. Works cross functionally to align assumptions, identify performance drivers, and interpret results. Drives process and technology improvements that enhance speed, accuracy, and decision-making.

Essential Functions:

  • Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team including the annual operating plan, corporate budgets, daily orders & shipments, rolling forecast, Win Scorecards, and other core processes.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and deliver timely analysis, insights, and commentary to management.
  • Analyze and communicate key operational and macroeconomic trends impacting business performance.
  • Review executive presentations and management reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
  • Identify performance anomalies, investigate drivers, and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Proactively anticipate questions and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Lead and execute ad hoc analyses and special projects to support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and leverage technology/automation to improve speed and accuracy.
  • Support development, testing, and implementation of new financial consolidation system.
  • Partner cross-functionally with operating groups and corporate functions to align on key projects and results.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
  • Support talent development initiatives, including the Accounting LDA program.

Qualifications:

  • B.S. Accounting.
  • 3+ years accounting experience.
  • Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet applications.
  • Microsoft Power Apps experience preferred.
