ETAS was formed and dedicated to support the Department of Energy (DOE) Portsmouth/Paducah Project Office (PPPO) with technical and management services contributing to the safe and cost-effective implementation of the "One PPPO" mission.

We support the energy, defense, and science markets through responsive, cost-effective execution of critical environmental, facilities and infrastructure, and nuclear defense projects.

Job Description

This position provides Project Controls support to the Department of Energy (DOE) projects at Portsmouth, Ohio Facility.

Extensive experience with the set up and use of Primavera P6
Perform Project Controls functions related to cost, schedule, change control management, and reporting
Analysis of the project schedule using critical path methodology
Support all aspects of an earned value management system
Participate in the established project change control management program and prepare/update logs, status reports, and other tracking requirements
Verify and monitor approved baseline changes in Primavera P6 Schedules
Follow cost control/scheduling procedures, execution plans, and business plans
Organize and prioritize multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines
Work in a collaborative project environment and communicate with all team members
Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline or ten years of relevant experience
10 years of experience with P6 Scheduling Software, Cobra and EVM working for Federal, Military, and commercial building construction and renovation projects
Knowledge of DOE Orders, Cost Guides and DOE Order 413.3B
Experience in Baseline development and management
Experience in development and implementation of project controls program including system selection and reporting
Experience developing and implementing corporate WBS and supporting systems
Experience directing a large project controls organization working multiple site baselines and integrating into corporate dashboards Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Exhibit a high degree of professionalism in the production of deliverables and in interactions with fellow employees and client personnel.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with PPPO baseline and WBS management
PMP certification

Federal Government Clearance:

This position may require the ability to obtain a government clearance. This position may require reviews and test for absence of any illegal drugs along with a background investigation by the Federal government in order to obtain an access authorization prior to employment, and may require subsequent reinvestigations may be required.
