  • Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional design partners, actively gathering feedback and iterating on solutions to elevate the user experience.
  • Leverage an established design system to produce polished, scalable, and consistent experiences that uphold brand integrity.
  • Articulate design decisions with clarity, explaining the rationale behind changes and demonstrating how each iteration enhances the customer journey.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the existing experience and contribute to shaping the future product roadmap and backlog.
  • Present design work compellingly, telling a clear story during stakeholder reviews that effectively communicates vision and impact.

  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and design storytelling skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a highly execution-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications
