We are buildingTerafab, a vertically integrated semiconductor factoryatan unprecedented scale. The facility houses logic, memory, packaging, test, and lithography mask production under one roof,optimizedfor rapid iteration andmaximumcompute density per square foot.

TheTerafabteam isseeking an Industrial HygienisttoproactivelymanageEHS risksand drive engineering controlsand safeguardsupstream intotheAustin Fabandrelatedequipmentdesign, construction, commissioning, and production.

• Complete health risk assessments and industrial hygiene analyses for materials with and without consensus occupational exposure limits

• Provide support on thefactoryfloor and in-design reviews, by conducting air,noise, and chemicalmonitoringand modelingto drive decision making across cross-functional teams to manage health, environment, and operational risks

• Produce structuredindustrial hygienereports, trainingcontent, and other written communications to shareindustrial hygienematters and engage the workforce, engineering, and management teams

• Determineappropriate levelsof engineering, administrative, or PPE controlsfor chemical, radiological,biologicaland/or noisehazards; verify control effectiveness and lead continuous improvement initiatives,as appropriate

• Integrateindustrialhygieneinto the EHS Management Systemandpartner with affectedteams toensure sustained success

• Assistwith medical surveillance compliance, and manage third-party consultants, lab testing, purchase orders, and project budgets as needed

• Degree in Industrial Hygiene, Toxicology, Health Physics, Engineering, Chemistry, Occupational Health and Safety, or related discipline; Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or equivalent experience

• 5+years'as anindustrial hygienist or IH-focused EHS professional insemiconductorindustryor chemicalmanufacturing

• Advanced knowledgeandextensivepractice in theanticipation, identification, assessment, and control of chemical and physical hazards along with ability to engage stakeholders critical to sustainedindustrialhygienerisk management

• Experience designing orfacilitatingchemical or physical exposure controls through substitution or engineering methods, such as using ventilation, enclosures, damping, and process efficiencies

• Proficiencywith Microsoftapplications (Excel, Word, etc.),AI tools,and Occupational Health databases and applications

• Experience with operation of medical surveillance and related programs including respirator medical clearance, audiometry, and substance-specific examinations

• Capable of working in a construction and manufacturing environment on your feet with occasionalstairand ladder climbing as well as occasionalrespiratorand related PPE usage.
